Care Pathway for the Management of Lumbar Disc Herniation with Radiculopathy
Including:

All injured adults with lumbar disc herniation within the first 3 months of care. Refer patients who still suffer from neurological signs after 3 months of care to a physician for further evaluation.
At initial contact, educate and reassure the patient about the favourable prognosis of lumbar disc herniation with radiculopathy. Patients greatly improve their recovery by activity participating in their care.
